GOAL REACHED

At the end of the 90s our President Adriano Assandri, during a business trip in Brasil, saw the bleak situation of street children. He had the opportunity to visit the Don Orione House in  Campo Alegre, where some of these children were welcomed, and to see  the poor living  conditions. In front of this extreme poverty he felt really sad;  unexpectedly, Marco, a little guest of the center, comforted him. That is the moment when Need You was born. Adriano came back home, mobilized its contacts and collected funds for the first project: building a fazenda to give these children a comfortable place. With many sacrifices, in a few months we constructed an avant garde centre, a school with a real farm: projects dedicated to agriculture and livestock (cattle, fish, crops), to provide a formal and professional education for young guests.

Recently, the center has become a community of recovery for young former drug addicts, other social pathology of the abandonment of children.

We are thinking about the construction of a milking parlor for cows. It will make the fazenda more autonomous from an economic point of you, as well as provide jobs for teens.
